These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GetApostille.co and our document preparation services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Service

GetGetApostille.co is an independent, privately owned document preparation service. We are not a government agency. We assist individuals and businesses in preparing and submitting documents for apostille certification to the appropriate government authorities (Secretary of State offices, US Department of State). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government entity.

2. Services Provided

We provide document preparation, submission coordination, and fulfillment services for apostille requests. Our services include:

• Reviewing documents for apostille eligibility
• Preparing and submitting apostille applications to the relevant government authority
• Coordinating notarization where required
• Delivering completed apostilles by tracked mail and/or digital scan

We do not provide legal advice. If you have legal questions regarding your documents or their use abroad, please consult a licensed attorney.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service fees are as listed on our website at the time of order. Fees include our preparation and handling charges. Government fees, where applicable, are included in the quoted price unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before document processing begins. All prices are in US dollars.

4. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times (Economy: 4–6 business days; Priority: 2–3 business days; Express: 1 business day) reflect our processing time and begin upon receipt of all required documents and payment. Turnaround times do not include shipping transit time. We are not responsible for delays caused by government offices, postal carriers, or circumstances outside our control. Government processing times may vary.

5. Document Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that documents you submit are authentic, unaltered, and meet the requirements of the relevant government authority. We reserve the right to reject documents that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or ineligible for apostille. In such cases, a refund of our service fee (minus any incurred costs) will be issued.

6. Refund Policy

• If we are unable to process your apostille due to document ineligibility or government rejection, we will refund our service fee minus any costs already incurred.
• If you cancel before document submission, a full refund will be issued.
• Once documents have been submitted to the government authority, no refunds are available for the submission itself. Government fees are non-refundable.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once documents have been dispatched.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services, including losses resulting from government processing delays, document rejection, or shipping delays. We are not liable for consequences arising from your use of the apostilled document in a foreign country.

8. Accuracy of Information

You represent that all information and documents you provide are accurate, authentic, and complete. Providing fraudulent documents is illegal and will result in immediate cancellation of your order with no refund and potential referral to law enforcement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
